1. Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
• Please inform us in advance of your planned arrival time.
• Earlier check-in or later check-out: subject to availability and additional charge may apply.

2. Rest periods

• Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00.
• Loud music and outdoor parties are not permitted during this time.

3. Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited in the entire indoor area of the facility.
• Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

4. Pets

• Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement and for an additional charge.
• Please ensure that your pet does not cause any damage.

5. Cleanliness & waste disposal

• Please leave the house in a tidy condition.
• Please remove all waste before departure.
  
• Waste should be separated and disposed of in nearby containers.
• The accommodation must be left swept clean. Cleaning materials are provided.
• The final cleaning is calculated on the basis of a swept clean accommodation, in case of excessive soiling we reserve the right to charge extra..

6. Use of the facilities

• Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care.
• Damage or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately.
• Please turn off the airconditioning when leaving the room

7 Visitors

• Visitors are permitted, but are not allowed to stay overnight unless previously agreed with the landlord.

8. Security

• Please close all doors and windows when leaving the house.
• The use of open flames (e.g. candles) should be used with caution.

9. Pool Rules (Casa de Cactus)

• Use is at your own risk
• No lifeguard, so supervise young children closely!
• No diving: many parts of the pool are shallow
• Shower before swimming to rinse off sunscreen
• Do not leave pool floats in the water when not in use
• No glassware near the pool – plastic cups are provided

10. BBQ (Casa de Cactus)

• During dry weather, open flames are not permitted by the municipality.
• You may use the BBQ near the outdoor kitchen at your own risk. A fire extinguisher is available.
• Please clean the BBQ after use. If not cleaned, a €50 cleaning fee will be charged.
